With 24 years of Medical Management, Jenn has been a wonderful addition to the Berardi team. Her career has brought her into the Plastic Surgery industry where she enjoys seeing our patients' excitement and increased confidence from their surgical journeys.
Maya
Front Office Coordinator
Maya has been with Berardi Aesthetics and Plastic Surgery since 2023. As the Front Office Coordinator, she is the friendly voice you hear when you call and the first person you see when you walk in the door.
With a background in Marketing, Fitness and Wellness she understands the importance of staying healthy especially when undergoing treatments or procedures.
Maya’s favorite part of her role is welcoming patients and making them feel comfortable during their office visit.
In her spare time, she enjoys pickleball, restaurants, hiking and spending time with her husband and Bernadoodle Luna.
Zoa
Master Aesthetician and Laser Technician
After graduating from The Skin Institute in Southern Utah, Zoa began working with advanced anti-aging techniques in Flagstaff, Arizona.
With an emphasis on client education, Zoa specializes in procedures such as Radio Frequency Microneedling, Chemical Peels, and Hydrafacials. After 5 years of experience, she relocated to Scottsdale to pursue her passion for providing quality patient care through helping people achieve their skin goals.
Outside of the office, Zoa enjoys spending quality time with her husband and 2 rescue dogs, exploring the area, and enjoying the sun!
Taylor A
Clinical Nurse
Originally from Nebraska, Taylor graduated with her Bachelors of Science in Nursing at Nebraska Methodist College. After graduating, she moved to Arizona and started her career in the hospital setting. She is passionate about helping people feel their best and learning about the newest and most innovative treatment options in the industry.
Outside of work, Taylor enjoys trying new food spots, spending quality time with her friends and family, and traveling!

Marketing Coordinator
Michele joined Berardi Aesthetics and Plastic Surgery in 2022.
Originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma, she moved to Arizona to finish school at Arizona State University. As a professional photographer, she owned and operated her own studio for over 20 years. Michele is responsible for the social media posts, photography and videography you see from our practice.
She loves capturing the patient's surgical journey and seeing how happy they are with their results. Being part of a dedicated team is one of her favorite aspects of working at Berardi Aesthetics and Plastic Surgery.
Outside of the office, she enjoys photographing her family, friends and her four rescue dogs.
