What types of peels do you offer?
SkinBetter Peel
The perfect introductory peel that uses alphahydroxy acids to help improve skin tone and texture. Patients will experience minimal downtime and no peeling.
PCA PeelsÂ
PCA offers a variety of peels including Jessner and TCA blended peels to help address acne, pigmentation, melasma, large pores and fine lines. Mild to severe peeling can occur depending on treatment.
VI Peel
The VI Peel is a medium-depth peel that combats pigmentation and textural damage. Patients may experience peeling for up to 5 days.
What can be expected after a chemical peel?
Depending on the peel depth, the down time will vary. Our medical aesthetician will go over all the do's and dont's at your consultation and/or appointment. With all peels, you will want to avoid working out for 24-48 hours, heat and steam, sun exposure for one week and using retinol or exfoliating products.
