One really knows when they’ve had a terrific, successful, plastic surgery job done when one goes to other doctors appointments and the other doctors comment on the work and ask you who did it. I had breast cancer when I was twenty nine in 1976 and I’ve had many reconstruction jobs over the years (I am now sixty) but nothing compares to the unbelievable results done by Dr. Berardi. One doctor called work “pristine”. My oncologist wanted his name and contact information for future use with other patients. When Dr. Berardi began, I had no muscle left to hold the implant in place. He had to create muscle out of literally threads. He also created a nipple that truly looks like the real thing. If I was ever in a sauna or a locker room and my towel slipped down, no one would ever be able to tell that I have had any surgery done. The results are that fantastic. In addition to the amazing results, Dr. Berardi cares about his patients. He explains everything, answers all questions, and exhibits empathy and understanding to his bedside manner. When having my surgery my last surgery, I wanted to also do something “for me” so I asked Dr. Berardi about doing my eyes. I wasn’t ready for a full face lift. He told me that it wasn’t my eyes that needed attention but what I needed was a brow lift. I trusted him and followed his advice. Again, he did such an excellent job and he was absolutely correct, my eyes were not the problem. I cannot wait recommend a doctor more highly to anyone than Dr. Berardi. He is what all doctors should be: talented with vision, caring, and a true professional in every aspect of his work. I am thrilled with everything he has done for me.
