The mommy makeover combines the following treatments:
- Liposuction. Liposuction is a method of fat removal that can be used anywhere on the body, and is typically utilized in the midsection. Patients can remove stubborn fat from areas such as the stomach, upper arms, thighs, flanks, and buttocks. In doing so, it can improve body contours in an effective manner when diet and exercise alone are not making improvements.
- Tummy tuck. A tummy tuck combines both liposuction and skin removal to achieve a tighter midsection. This can be used to address excess fat and skin that might impact one’s ability to find clothes that fit better and one’s self-confidence.
- Breast augmentation. Volume and weight changes can cause the breasts to look small or deflated. With breast augmentation, women will have implants placed that can increase size and volume of the breasts for a more youthful, perky appearance.
- Breast lift. A breast lift is done with the breasts are sagging due to skin laxity. This can be completed along with breast augmentation for a more stunning result. During the breast lift, excess skin is removed, and the nipple is often repositioned as well.
